The Knowledge Database is a web-based Support system that provides customers with 24X7 access to Support services including self-service technical support. TimeSpring provides open access to the Knowledge Database so that you can research solutions to frequently asked technical questions. To file a Support case or check on the status of an existing case, you must log in to the Knowledge Database.
